During the press conference of the launch of the SolOceans, June 15th 2006, we had arranged to meet again Tuesday, July 25th for the opening of our official website (www.soloceans.com). Here we are, proud of this new step towards October 25, 2009, start of the first SolOceans, from France to New Zealand.

Henceforth, the website will be enriched over the weeks - except for the three first weeks of August, traditionally dedicated to summer holidays in France.
The next big step, scheduled beginning of September, is the announcement of the starting point of the making of the mould of the Oceanic One Design®, as well as the disclosure of the company chosen to be in charge of this delicate work.
Regarding the start ports, a new French port has entered the lists, bringing the possible choices to six. On the New Zealander side, there is an improvement as to the choice of the stopover. It will either be Wellington, the capital city, or Auckland. Both the French and New Zealander ports should be selected between October 2006 and March 2007, as initially scheduled, but there may be a little advance on these predictions.
