The construction of the first Veolia Oceans® one-design designed by Finot-Conq and Associates with technical advice from Michel Desjoyeaux has made good progress. The first baking of the carbon hull were carried out at JMV Industries in Cherbourg (Lower Normandy), which received the deck mould made by Technologie Marine on 5 June. JMV Industries started the construction of the first section immediately afterwards. On Tuesday 12 June, the carbon infusion workshop at the SailingOne base in Saint Philibert (Morbihan, Brittany) really got to work building a bow bulkhead.
